Paula and Fritz welcome you to the Derby Line Village Inn. Situated in a 116 year old home built by the Butterfield Family in 1901, the original woodwork and structure still remains.

Serving top of the line Germain-Austrian cuisine, The Derby Line Village Inn has quickly become a favorite of locals and visitors alike since its opening in 2014. The restaurant boasts a bar and lounge, main dining area, private chefs table, and outdoor courtyard with an additional fireplace lounge. Suitable for any mood or occasion.

Chef Fritz has an extensive culinary travel experience working in Switzerland, Germany and Saudi Arabia to name a few. He was the Executive Chef for Royal Caribbean Cruise ships and spent time based out of Miami Florida, where he met Paula.

 

Austria, where Fritz grew up, has old hunting traditions. The meals fluctuate with the seasons, offering the freshest game, vegetables and fruit. Fritz carries on these traditions with his cooking and ensures the dishes prepared here are hearty with big flavor profiles, using the freshest ingredients.
