Rates & Booking
$525.00 per night
Minimum stay: 3 nights (weekly rentals available)
Deposit:
50% due at booking • Balance due 14 days before arrival
Cleaning Fee:
$250 per stay
Security Deposit:
$500 refundable (returned within 5–7 days after checkout)
Cancellation:
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival • Deposit forfeited within 30 days
